Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 23:59 CET are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Estimates
- United States: We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 business days from our domestic warehouse.
- Worldwide: We aim to deliver orders worldwide within 7-10 business days from our international facilities.
We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we are not liable for any loss, liability, costs, damages, or expenses arising from any delay in delivery, as far as legally permitted.
Delivery Conditions
It is possible that we may be unable to deliver products to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and ensure that the order is canceled and refunded, or delivered to another address confirmed by you.
The risk of the product passes to you upon delivery to the confirmed address. If you are unable to accept delivery or pick up your order, the carrier may leave instructions for a new delivery or collection.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at supportcovebalm@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
