Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! Exchanges or returns can be made up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Return Conditions
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without any specific reason. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition.
- Products must be suitable for resale with all original tags still attached.
- Shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable.
Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
How long does it take to exchange a product?If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us when registering your return. We act on these requests immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days. If the desired item is no longer available, our support team will contact you to find a suitable solution or provide a timeline for restock.
Where can I find my order number?Your order number (a five-digit code) can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you cannot find it, our customer service team is ready to assist.
What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?If a product arrives damaged during shipping or production, we want to resolve it immediately. Please send a message to supportcovebalm@gmail.com with a photo of the defect, and we will work with you to find a solution.
What if I want to return my order outside the 30-day period?Please ensure your return is initiated within the 30-day window. If you miss this period, we may offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a store voucher at our discretion.
How long does a refund take?After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a notification. Please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account.
